3 CORN THINS slices
3 Cooked Gluten Free Kofta balls (lamb or vegetarian)
1 small carrot (grated)
Pomegranate seeds (from 1 pomegranate)
1/6 red onion (thinly sliced)
Mix carrot, onion, pomegranate seeds & lemon juice in a small bowl. Once thoroughly mixed add salad mix to each CORN THINS slice, than add a kofta ball to each slice (probably best to slice the Kofta balls for an easier eat). Finally put a dollop of garlic dip on the kofta for a delicious meal.
