3 CORN THINS slices
1 Zucchini (cut in half & sliced thinly
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon infused oil (Cobram)
50 g feta
Brush zucchini slices with the oil & grill on a hot grill for 3 – 4 minutes. Turn over & cook for a further 1 min, or until zucchini is soft & flexible. Once cooked add zucchini to CORN THINS slices, then crumble of feta & any left over oil. Season with salt & pepper.
