Ingredients

2 CORN THINS slices

4 Apricot halves (canned)

1-2 Tbsp Cream Cheese

Coconut flakes

Directions

Grill apricot halves on a grill plate till you see grill marks. Grill both sides.

Spread the cream cheese across the CORN THINS slices, then add the apricot halves. Finally sprinkle with the coconut slices. Enjoy.
