3 CORN THINS slices
2 rashers of GF bacon
2 Tbs of cream cheese
A few Black Olives (finely chopped)
Tsp olive oil or butter to cook the bacon
Watercress
Cook the bacon in a fry pan the way you like it, then put it aside to cool a little. Thoroughly mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped olives, then spread this across the CORN THINS slices. Cut bacon rashes to size, then layer this onto the CORN THINS slices. Finally, top with the watercress & season with salt & pepper if desired. Enjoy.
