Broccoli (cut up)
Pine nuts
Parmesan cheese (shaved, or thinly sliced)
Extra virgin olive oil
Lightly steam the broccoli, or microwave till a little tender, then set aside to cool. Then layer broccoli, parmesan cheese & pine nuts onto CORN THINS slices, then finish off with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
