A quick and easy gluten free lunch, with healthy Borlotti beans, savoury feta, fresh tangy dill, and the popcorn crunch & taste of Corn Thins slices

Ingredients

3 Corn Thins slices
50g of feta (crumbed, or thinly sliced)
Fresh dill
100g of Borlotti beans

Directions

Add the Bortilli beans to each Corn Thins slice, then the feta, then a sprig or 2 of the dill. Add a little pepper if desired.
