3 CORN THINS slices
50 g Chorizo sausage (sliced)
BBQ chicken (ideally breast, shredded)
Mayonnaise
3 Lettuce leaves
Cook chorizo sliced in a fry pan till brown on both sides.
Spread some mayo across each CORN THINS slice, then place a lettuce leaf on each slice. Layer on chicken & chorizo, then sprinkle on salt & pepper (if desired).
