Jacqueline Alwill from Good Chef Bad Chef has made this delicious snacks recipe using Corn Thins slices.
Lay banana pieces on a lined baking tray that can fit into the freezer. Chop the Corn Thins slice into a crumb and set aside. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
Spoon 1 tsp peanut butter onto the top of each banana piece, add about ¾ of the Corn Thins crumbs to the peanut butter, then drizzle the melted chocolate over each.
Sprinkle the chocolate with remaining Corn Thins crumbs and give each piece a little pinch of salt. Place in the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes for an immediate snack or up to 3 hours for a frozen delight.
