Preeya Alexander from Good Chef Bad Chef has created this delicious, quick & easy apple crumble. The popcorn taste of Corn Thins slices adds that little extra taste enjoyment, as well as fibre and wholegrains
4 CORN THINS Sesame slices
½ cup shredded coconut
1 cup oats (gluten free version)
2 apples, diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
Extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a ramekin combine the apple with cinnamon, honey, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
In a food processor combine CORN THINS slices, oats, coconut and ¼ cup of olive oil, blitz until combined. Crumble over the apple mix, then bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
