3 CORN THINS slices
3 large strawberries (thinly sliced)
Handful of baby spinach leaves
30-40g of goats cheese
30g Crushed pecans
Balsamic glaze
Layer a few baby spinach leaves onto each CORN THINS slice, then crumble on the goats cheese & crushed pecans. Add the strawberry slices, then finally drizzle on the balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
