Avocado, Cucumber, Tofu & Kimchi

Ingredients

3 CORN THINS slices

Tofu (cut into domino sized slices)

1/2 Avocado (sliced)

Kimchi

1 small Cucumber (thinly sliced)

Sesame seeds

Olive or sesame oil

Directions

To Make Sesame Tofu

Sprinkle sesame seeds onto a plate. Press slices of tofu onto the sesame, so that it sticks to the outside surface of the tofu. Heat a small amount of oil and fry the tofu until brown on each side. Put aside to cool.

Layer the avocado onto the CORN THINS slices, then add the cucumber & kimchi. Finally add the tofu & sprinkle on salt & pepper if desired.
