- ½ cup black beans, rinsed
- ½ cup sweet corn kernels
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion

- 8 Corn Thins slices
- 2 tbsp mashed avocado
- Coriander
Directions
- Combine beans, corn, onion, lime juice, cumin and chilli flakes.
- Spoon mixture onto Corn Thins slices
- Add avocado and coriander.
