1. Spread cottage cheese onto Corn Thins
2. Top with eggplant, sundried tomatoes & articoke
3. Finish with a sprig of spring onion

Tomato, lettuce & Cheese

1. Slice up tomato & cheese.
2. Wash & cut up lettuce.
3. Place cheese, tomato & lettuce on Corn Thins.
4. Add freshly cracked pepper on top.

Tomato, avocardo & goat's cheese

1. Wash & Slice tomato & Avocado
2. Place avocado, tomato & a generous amount of goat's cheese onto Corn Thins.

Ricotta, Sundried Tomato & Basil

1) Spread Corn Thins with a generous amount of baked ricotta.
2) Chop sun dried tomatoes into small sections and arrange on top of the ricotta.
3) Garnish with fresh basil
