Minis Rocky Road Choc Bar
Grease and line a standard sized baking sheet with baking paper.
Put into a large, microwave-safe bowl then microwave on HIGH, in 30 second bursts, stirring between each round, until the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the prepared baking sheet then decorate with marshmallows, Turkish Delight, nuts, Corn Thins Minis and cherries. Refrigerate until set and cut or break into large shards to serve.
2 x 225g bags milk chocolate melts
40g marshmallows, cut in half
40g Turkish Delight, roughly chopped
30g roasted almonds, roughly chopped
30g roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
30g roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
20g handful of Corn Thins Minis (Original)
20g dried sour cherries
